Charter Policies: 

A waiting time of $50.00 per half hour is chargeable for coaches kept waiting after the agreed time.

Payment – Payment in full is required 7 days prior to charter date.

Cancellation – any charter or transfer cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the booked date & time, will be charged at the full rate. No charge (full refund) outside 24 hours. Cancellation for entries, meals or extras may incur a cancellation fee by the supplier.

Consumption of food & alcohol on board a coach is prohibited by law.
