All
reservations must be pre-booked and are subject to space availability.
A waiting fee of $50 for each half hour after any late arrival of flights
will be charged if flights are more than 30 minutes late.
The following times are important:
| International Flights - Meet & Greet
one hour after touch down: Pax to meet driver between Terminals B & C at meeting point near Tourist
Information Counter. |
| Domestic Flights - Meet and Greet 20 - 30
mins after arrival. |
| For QF meet at near the Flight arrivals monitors near Baggage claim #3 if driver has
not met you at appropriate baggage claim. |
| For Virgin driver will meet in the terminal. |
| Drivers will have a sign with passenger names shown. |
| Travelling times: To/from Katoomba - allow 2.0 - 2.5 hours minimum |
